Every order is sent using Royal Mail's tracked delivery services, because your precious little treasures deserve to arrive safely.

• Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.50

One pair of earrings or enough jewellery to alarm your bank account — you'll pay just one delivery charge per order.

Because the only drama we approve of is in your jewellery.

Our standard UK delivery service.

Royal Mail aims to deliver within 2–3 working days after dispatch, although delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Your order will be sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48, with tracking information provided once your parcel is on its way.

Perfect for those who can wait a little while for their next jewellery obsession.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £4.50

Got somewhere fabulous to be? Can't wait for your new earrings?

Choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £4.50.

Royal Mail aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch, although this is not guaranteed and some deliveries may take longer.

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

A little heads-up: Tracked 24 speeds up the delivery, not the time needed to prepare your order.

Because the only thing that should be fashionably late is you.

Where We Ship

Bitter Vampire currently ships within the United Kingdom only.

We don't currently offer international delivery.

World domination will have to wait.

Getting Your Order Ready

Most orders are carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Handmade, personalised or made-to-order jewellery may need a little extra time. Where applicable, this will be explained on the individual product page.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take a little longer.

Even vampires occasionally need a tea break.

Need It in a Hurry?

Birthday tomorrow? Party this weekend? Sudden jewellery-related emergency?

Email us at fangmail@bittervampire.co.uk before ordering, and we'll let you know what's possible.

We may be able to arrange an alternative delivery service at an additional cost.

Please contact us before purchasing if you need your jewellery by a specific date, as Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are not guaranteed delivery services.

You'll receive a dispatch confirmation when your jewellery is on its way.

You can follow your parcel's journey using Royal Mail's tracking service.

Please allow a little time for tracking information to update.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

Jewellery going missing? Absolutely not the kind of drama we ordered.

If your parcel hasn't arrived when expected, arrives damaged or something isn't quite right, please contact us at:

We'll investigate with Royal Mail and work to resolve the problem.

If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Photographs of the item and packaging can help us investigate.

We remain responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you or someone you have authorised to receive it, in accordance with your statutory consumer rights.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Oops! Wrong Address?

Accidentally sent your fabulous new earrings to the wrong place?

It happens. Sometimes our brains have more glitter than functioning batteries.

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order.

If you spot a mistake, email fangmail@bittervampire.co.uk as quickly as possible.

We'll do our best to correct it before dispatch, but once your parcel is on its way, changes may not be possible.
