🕯️ Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered—but if your item isn’t quite right, here’s how to make it right.

🩸 Change of Heart?

No problem. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to let us know if you’d like to return it. After that, you have another 14 days to send it back. That’s 28 days total from delivery to post it off.

To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Pierced items (like earrings) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
• Custom or personalised items are non-refundable unless faulty.

🩹 How to Return

1. Email us at contact@bittervampire.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll send you the return address and simple instructions.
3. You post the item back (tracked recommended) and keep proof of postage.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we messed up (oops!).

💀 Refunds

• Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
• We’ll email you when it’s done—refunds usually take 3–5 working days to appear, depending on your bank.

⚰️ Something’s Not Right?

If your item arrives damaged, haunted, or just plain wrong—contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you.
